Where are ENUDIUM products made?

All our products are made in South Africa.

Is ENUDIUM safe for me?

Our products are designed to care for your skin’s overall health. We formulate responsibly, and we ask you to shop responsibly by reviewing the full ingredient list before making a purchase and consulting a physician or dermatologist if you have allergies, sensitive skin, or other conditions that require special attention.

Are your products safe while pregnant or nursing?

Please consult your OB/GYN to confirm that your ENUDIUM products are safe for you during pregnancy or lactation.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Yes, you’ll find the use-by date on the product packaging.

Is Enudium a Clean beauty brand?

The term “Clean Beauty” is not regulated, which means that its definitions vary for each brand who uses it.

At ENUDIUM, we go beyond “clean.” Our formulas are gentle, skin-caring, and free of ingredients known to be harsh or harmful. In fact, we follow EU regulations banning more than 1300 ingredients known or suspected to be unsafe or harmful (Regulation No. 1223/2009, Annex II.)

How can gentle products be effective?

We believe that your skincare routine should be a moment of self-care and relaxation, but using a product that’s too harsh can stress the skin— and you! 

Your skin has a built-in physiological process of renewing and healing itself. ENUDIUM formulas are not created to rush the skin, but rather to support this natural process for long-term results. We use protective, skin-caring ingredients that can be used without discomfort.

Are your products 100% naturally-derived?

We formulate with scientifically-validated synthetic ingredients, but only when it’s beneficial or necessary to maintain the formula’s stability and safety.

Do the products contain fragrance?

The products are fragrance-free, which minimises the risk or sensitivity or allergies.

Is your packaging recyclable?

The plastic tubes we use are recyclable. As a growing brand, we’re constantly working on improving our sustainable practices, so stay tuned!

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we are 100% cruelty free!  We do not use any ingredients tested on animals, and we never will.

Who should use Sunscreen?

EVERYONE. 

While many people think that darker skin tones are inherently less susceptible to damage than lighter skin tones, the truth is that UVB and UVA are harmful to all tones. We recommend daily sunscreen use for everyone.

ORDERS

Do I need to register to place my order?

No, you can make your purchase without creating an account. We recommend that you double-check your email address to ensure you receive your order confirmation.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments

How soon will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. After receiving an email confirmation for your order, delivery can be expected within 5-7 working days. Estimated delivery times and costs vary according to Country and region.

How can I see my confirmed orders?

You’ll receive a confirmation by email, with tracking information and estimated delivery times. If you didn’t receive the confirmation, please send us an email at service@enudium.com.

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

No, all orders are final.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that! Our terms require that you inspect the condition of the packaging and its contents during delivery, in the presence of the delivery agent. This way, in case of damage during transport, any claim can be made to the carrier when the package is delivered. 

If you’ve made your claim with the delivery carrier, please notify us immediately at service@enudium.com. We’ll arrange for the shipping carrier to return the package and the items you ordered will be replaced.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship globally?

Yes! We partner with DHL EXPRESS international to ship globally.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery can usually be expected within 5-7 additional business days. Please note, shipping times can vary depending on your Country and region.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

It’s best to be home so you can inspect your order when it arrives, but if you can’t, you could arrange for someone else to receive your package. You’ll find the estimated delivery time and tracking information in your email confirmation.

Will I have to pay taxes/customs/duties?

Additional taxes or custom fees may be applied, as your order is shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We cannot confirm the amount of these fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for information.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unsed, undamaged products within 10 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Please see our full Shipping and Return policies for more information.
