THE ROUTINE
  • Apply liberally daily on face, neck, décolleté, and arms at least 15 minutes before sun exposure and before applying makeup
  • Reapply Nuru Spectrum to prolong sun protection. Apply at least every 2 hours or after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying
  • For oily and combination skin, or hot and humid climates, use as a substitute for moisturizer everyday

Everything about this product suits my skin. I usually find that the smell in a lot of my old sunscreens would just sit on my face the whole day and make me feel greasy, that’s not the case with this product, the sunscreen doesn’t smell like sunscreen and serves as a really good make-up primer, re-applying is essential however with this product a little bit of it goes a long way

This product feels very light on the face and does not have that typical sunscreen smell. It worked really well under my makeup and served as a wonderful primer to my base. I would recommend to reapply often, especially if you are spending a lot of time in the sun, due to the SPF not being very high. A little goes a long way so you don’t need to use a lot of product when you apply. I really enjoy using it and have found it protects my skin very nicely.

HOW TO USE NURU SPECTRUM

I have a darker skin tone. Do I need sunscreen?

Absolutely! Darker skins tones are also susceptible to burning, melanoma, wrinkles. and hyperpigmentation. Skin cancer affects people of colour, but often goes undiagnosed until it reaches an advanced stage with a worse prognosis. To protect your skin from harm, use SPF daily.

How should I apply sunscreen when it's hot and humid?

To stay comfortable in hot, humid weather, apply your sunscreen after a lightweight serum or oil-free moisturiser.

Let set for at least 15 minutes before applying makeup

UV radiation from the sun can cause dangerous, lasting damage no matter your complexion.

How can I optimise protection?

Apply sunscreen during periods of prolonged sun exposure, especially during peak hours of sunlight (10 am-2 pm in most places).

Apply generously to all sun-exposed areas of your body, Including your ears, back, shoulders, and the backs of your legs. Use extra care near your eyes.
