Enudium Return and Refund Policy
At Enudium, we are committed to providing exceptional customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible. Below is our updated, customer-friendly policy:
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To cancel your order:
- Contact us by email: Send a clear statement of cancellation to service@enudium.com within the 7-day period.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase. No additional fees will be charged for this refund.
Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.
- Perishable items or goods with expired shelf lives.
- Products unsealed after delivery, due to health and hygiene reasons.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Returning Goods
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Return Address: Contact us at service@enudium.com for the return address and shipping instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Sale items may be refunded at the Company’s discretion, unless required by law.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives defective or damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at service@enudium.com.
- Include clear photographs of the damage, along with your order number.
- Do not use or open the product.
We will arrange an exchange for the same product or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Gift Returns
- If the goods were marked as a gift during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
